  • What is the difference between a Pembroke Welsh Corgi and a Cardigan Welsh Corgi?

    Pembroke Welsh Corgis have a fox-like face, upright ears, a shorter back, and typically no tail. Cardigans have long tails and rounded ears. RC7 breeds Pembroke Welsh Corgis only.

  • Are your Corgi puppies registered with AKC?

    Yes. All puppies come with AKC registration—limited or full (approved homes only).

  • How big will your Corgi puppies get?

    Most mature between 22–30 lbs depending on sex and build.

  • What kind of temperament do your Corgis have?

    We breed for stable, confident, family-friendly temperaments with strong structure and intelligence.

  • Do you genetically test your breeding dogs?

    Yes. All breeding dogs are DNA tested for DM, vWD1, EIC, and more.

  • What health issues are common in Corgis, and how do you screen for them?

    We screen through genetic testing, vet checks, and monitoring of hips, eyes, and structure.

  • Are your puppies raised in your home or in a kennel?

    Puppies are raised hands-on in our home and dog room with children and daily ranch life.

  • At what age can a puppy go home?

    Puppies go home at 8 weeks.

  • What comes with the puppy?

    Vet check, two vaccinations, deworming, AKC paperwork, health guarantee, starter food, and support.

  • Do you offer training or socialization?

    We start ENS, crate familiarity, litter training, and confidence-building. No full programs offered.

  • Can I meet the parents?

    Many parents are onsite; co-owned studs may be offsite. Photos/pedigrees are always provided.

  • Do your Corgis get along with children and other pets?

    Yes—our puppies are raised around kids, dogs, and ranch animals.

  • What is required to reserve a puppy?

    A $500 non-refundable deposit applied to the total price.

  • Do you ship or deliver puppies?

    Yes—flight nanny, ground transport, or local pickup.

  • Do you have a waitlist?

    Yes. Timing depends on color, coat, and gender preferences.

  • Do you allow buyers to visit?

    For puppy safety, we do not allow in-person visits due to disease risk. We offer weekly pictures, videos, and FaceTime anytime.

  • What food do you recommend?

    Puppies: Science Diet Small Bites Puppy.

    Adults: Diamond Naturals.

  • Can you help match me with a puppy?

    Yes—based on temperament, energy, and your lifestyle needs.

  • Are your Cane Corsos purebred and registered with ICCF or AKC?

    All RC7 Cane Corsos are purebred and registered with AKC only.

  • What bloodlines do your Cane Corsos come from?

    We use balanced, healthy AKC bloodlines focused on structure, temperament, and correct Corso type.

  • Are your breeding dogs health-tested?

    Yes—hips, elbows, cardiac, and genetic panels are all completed before breeding.

  • What is the average adult size?

    Females typically mature between 110–130+ lbs.

    Males typically mature between 120–140+ lbs.

  • What temperament can I expect?

    RC7 Corsos are stable, loyal, intelligent, protective, and family oriented—never nervy or unstable.

  • Are your puppies socialized before going home?

    Yes—ENS, ranch life exposure, confidence work, crate foundations, and temperament evaluations.

  • Do you offer training guidance?

    Yes—obedience, crate training, structure, and socialization guidance is provided to all owners.

  • What home is ideal for a Cane Corso?

    Experienced homes with structure, a fenced yard, and consistency. Not recommended for first time owners.

  • Do Corsos get along with kids and animals?

    Yes—when properly socialized. Supervision is required due to size and strength.

  • What is the deposit to reserve a puppy?

    A $500 nonrefundable deposit is required and goes toward the final purchase price.

  • At what age do puppies go home?

    Puppies go home at 8 weeks after vet check and first vaccinations.

  • Do you crop ears or tails?

    Tails are docked at birth. Ear cropping is typically done unless the owner requests

    natural ears.

  • Do you provide a health guarantee?

    Yes—each puppy comes with a 1 year genetic health guarantee and written contract.

  • What do you feed your Cane Corso puppies?

  • Do you offer ongoing support?

    Yes—lifetime breeder support for training, feeding, and general care.

  • Can owners meet the parents?

    For puppy safety and biohazard control, we do not allow in person visits. We provide weekly photos, videos, and FaceTime at any time.

  • Do you offer delivery or transportation?

    Yes—ground transport, flight nanny, or local pickup within California.
